Neptune Wharf London is a development of 139 brand new high specification apartments for rent. In the coming months, a variety of inside and outside amenity spaces for resident use will be added. In addition, we expect a range of leisure and retail outlets to open on the Boulevard. All of this on the doorstep of a 17 acre beautiful tree-lined park.

Anyone over the age of 18 with the right to live in the UK is eligible to rent an apartment, provided they can pass credit checks and can show they meet an affordability check. Those who cannot pass the affordability check may still be allowed to rent if the rent is paid in advance, or if they have a guarantor.

Typically, the application process takes between 4 and 7 days, with the referencing process generally taking most of the time.
