We know how expensive moving can be, which is why for a limited time, we’re offering a £0 deposit when you move into Neptune Wharf. Rather than paying for a traditional five-week security deposit, we will cover the cost of a deposit alternative equal to 28% of a month’s rent.

No upfront move-in costs

Instead of paying a traditional 5-week deposit, tenants can use FlatFair’s No Deposit Scheme by paying a one-off check-in fee equivalent to 28% of one month’s rent, plus VAT.

For a limited time, we’ll cover this fee on your behalf, so there’s nothing for you to pay to join the scheme.

The scheme itself remains subject to FlatFair’s terms and conditions.

Your Responsibilities Remain

There’s nothing for you to pay to join the No Deposit Scheme during our limited-time offer. However, you remain responsible for any costs you are liable for at the end of your tenancy, including any rent arrears, damage or other charges due under your tenancy agreement.

If any costs are due when you move out, these will need to be paid in accordance with FlatFair’s scheme terms and conditions.

No Hidden Fees

If you choose to renew your tenancy, there are no recurring fees or additional charges for continuing with FlatFair’s No Deposit Scheme.

No deposit doesn’t mean no liability

The scheme removes the need to pay a traditional tenancy deposit, but it does not remove your responsibility for the property or your obligations under your tenancy agreement. If you owe money at the end of your tenancy, you will still be responsible for paying it.

Moving home can be expensive. With no traditional 5-week deposit to pay, you can keep that money available for other moving costs and expenses.

FlatFair is a specialist third-party provider of deposit alternatives for the rental market. Its No Deposit Scheme gives tenants an alternative to paying a traditional tenancy deposit, while providing landlords with protection against eligible costs that may arise during a tenancy.

FlatFair operates the scheme independently from us.

As with any tenancy, the property should be returned in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement. If there are outstanding amounts such as rent arrears, damage or other costs for which you are responsible, these may be payable when you move out.

If you renew your tenancy, there’s no recurring charge for remaining on the No Deposit Scheme. Your tenancy will continue to be subject to the applicable scheme and tenancy terms.
